We offer complimentary shipping worldwide on all products.

Free shipping ~ with tracking number and signature requirement.

Delivery ~ approximately 10 days.

Statutory holidays may cause delays. If you would like your package to arrive faster, please ask us about express service.

International shipments are responsible for any additional fees (taxes, duty, customs, brokerage fees etc.) upon the package arrival - although this may never be the case. This depends on the destination country and cannot be controlled by chapati&chai.

Lifetime re-string warranty for our products ~  our malas are made for life, using the strongest and most durable silk-blend string. However if your mala breaks due to wear, it might be a sign that your intention set with it came to fruition and time has come for a new one.

Nontheless, we will comply with your desire to restring it for you free of charge at your request. All you need to do is ship it to us and we will even cover return postage to you.

Regarding returns, exchanges and any other questions ~ please contact us.

If you would like to exchange or return a product, contact us immediately - up to 7 days after receipt. Only unworn/unused product can be exchanged or returned.

All you need to do is ship it to us. 

Please ship your mala through your national postal service only (i.e. USPS, Australia Post or Post Office, Ltd.).

We are unable to accept courier service returns or COD charges.
